Global esports betting brand Parimatch has entered into a major new partnership with The International 11 runner-up Team Secret. This is Parimatch’s second major partnership in the esports ecosystem in recent months, having previously signed a partnership with 00Nation in early October.
The one-year agreement makes Parimatch the official betting partner of Team Secret. The bookmaker’s logo will appear on the team’s t-shirts and sweatshirts. The Parimatch branding will be visible both in-game during Team Secret games and through their official social media channels.
Team Secret CEO John Yao is excited about the opportunity to team up with Parimatch, he said: «Partnering with Parimatch brings new opportunities for Team Secret DOTA and we look forward to working together to deliver unseen and behind-the-scenes content with the team.»
Parimatch brand representative Stepan Shulga noted: «Team Secret is a legendary brand for the entire DOTA 2 community since its foundation in 2014. Its exceptional persevering fighting spirit perfectly matches the Parimatch brand character.»
The partnership was welcomed by team captain Clement “Puppy” Ivanov, a legend in the Dota 2 gaming community who once played for Na’Vi, the team that in many ways created the game’s modern competitive scene.
