Pariplay, a subsidiary of NeoGames S.A. received B2B license from the Swedish Gaming Authority (Spelinspektionen) and will continue to operate in the country after the new rules come into force.
From July 1, companies are required to obtain a special license in order to continue distributing gaming content in the country.
The five-year license allows Pariplay to offer a portfolio of over 150 games, including exclusive titles from in-house studio Wizard Games and partner Ignite, as well as market-leading third-party localized titles. Content is offered through Pariplay’s leading aggregation platform, Fusion.
Pariplay Fusion currently offers over 14,000 titles across all product areas and will additionally provide Swedish operators with back office conversion and retention tools.
Adrian Bailey, Managing Director at Pariplay® said: «Sweden is a key market for us at Pariplay, so we’re thrilled to have obtained our B2B permit in order to continue operating within the country once the new regulations begin.
«We’re committed to keep being the leading aggregator in regulated markets, and look forward to continuing to entertain our Swedish players for many years to come.»
Bogdan Barbacaru, Head of Compliance at Pariplay said: «Our dedication to regulated markets is extremely important, so we’re thankful to the Spelinspektionen for granting us a permit that will allow us to continue operating in Sweden.
«We’re excited to keep growing in the market and strengthen our foothold, both in Sweden and within Europe as a whole.»
