Rightlander and Bet365 stand behind their partnership in light of a betting group focused on stricter compliance with responsible gambling in international operations. The Stoke-on-Trent firm will continue to use the Rightlander platform and features to ensure compliance with various regulatory environments, as laws change constantly around the world.
Promoting responsible gambling and keeping track of regulatory developments have become key priorities for Bet365, especially in markets such as the UK and the Netherlands, where there have been significant legal changes with the UK Gambling Law Review published and the Netherlands No Advertisement Act coming into force.
“We are excited to renew our contract with Rightlander,” noted a Bet365 spokesperson. “Their comprehensive compliance solution has become an integral part of our affiliate program.
“The extended partnership reinforces our commitment to responsible gambling and our dedication to providing a secure and fair environment for all our customers.”
A spokesperson for Bet365 added that its strategic partnership with affiliate compliance tools developer Rightlander has been ‘instrumental’ in its ability to maintain ethical advertising standards and abide by the rules of the regulatory frameworks in which it operates.
The multinational company continues to update its partnership with Rightlander as it seeks to expand into new markets and explore new product opportunities.
To achieve these ambitious goals, the London-based company appointed Sarafina Wolde Gabriel as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). She will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that will enable the company to successfully cross borders and expand into new markets.
Rightlander’s Head of Customer Success, Nicole Mitton, said: “We’re delighted to extend our relationship with Bet365. This renewed agreement is a testament to the effectiveness of our compliance solutions, and we look forward to continuing to help Bet365 promote responsible gambling and adhere to regulatory requirements.”
