The Badminton World Federation (BWF) and 1xBet have signed a contract under which 1xBet will be the official partner of a series of major international badminton tournaments in 2023/2024. This agreement is set to be valid for 1 year with the possibility of extension; financial details are not disclosed.
Between September 2023 and January 2024, 1xBet will sponsor at least six tournaments in Europe and Asia (open championships in Hong Kong, Finland, Denmark, France and Malaysia, as well as the Masters series tournament in Japan).
This collaboration not only represents an important achievement for 1xBet, but also a huge step in the development of badminton. Partnering with such a major betting company will allow the WFB to increase the appeal and visibility of badminton on the world stage.
