Under the leadership of PIN-UP Global CEO Marina Ilina, their ecosystem has demonstrated resilience in an internationally competitive environment, which was highlighted at the SBC Summit in Barcelona.
Ilina spoke in detail about the goals and work of PIN-UP Global, especially about the unique approach of their BOSE ecosystem. As Ilina highlighted in a previous interview, this system brings together various independent companies involved in a “variety of entertainment products” and was created to solve “large operational problems”.
Ilina commented: “When the company had grown, we understood that it could not be a holding company like a lot of others, but we needed to diversify the directions of the company and implement the goal for each one.
“We tried to diversify and tell our employees that they have their own goals and the main issue is to achieve goals of their segment, which will ultimately achieve the goal of the whole ecosystem.”
Since its launch, PIN-UP Global has undergone a “major refresh” over the years, introducing many changes and improvements to its core product. Ilina explained that this update includes a new design, products, chat for CRM and a new platform for bookmakers.
She noted that the company’s offering and ecosystem are now “among the best in the market.” However, to maintain its competitive advantage, an ecosystem must ensure that both the company’s overall purpose and the goals of individual ecosystems remain clear.
“The goal should be very clear and very understandable for each part of the ecosystem, just for them to understand why they are doing this in such a way and what they are striving for.
“That is why we communicate the goal of the ecosystem to each segment, and they have their own goals to achieve and to understand that they can do it”, — added Ilina
