The Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) revealed a violation of the law in the company “Ukr Game Technology“, which holds a license to operate the Pin-Up casino brand in Ukraine, as a result of an unscheduled inspection, according to the decision of KRAIL and Lotteries No. 497 of December 14.
The Commission threatens Pin-Up with financial sanctions, but does not indicate their size. The decision of KRAIL does not contain a specific reason, but states that Ukr Game Technologies LLC violated the requirements of the law on the regulation of gambling, the specifics of player identification in accordance with Part 2 of Article 17.
During an unscheduled inspection, launched after an electronic appeal from citizens, violations were revealed that could serve as a reason for a proposal to revoke the license of Ukr Game Technology LLC.
