From January 1, 2024, the required amount of a target bank deposit or bank guarantee will be UAH 51,120,000 (USD 1,3 million).
According to the Gambling Law in Ukraine, a gambling operator must maintain a target bank deposit or a bank guarantee in an amount equivalent to 7,200 times the minimum wage at the beginning of the current year, in accordance with legal requirements. This obligation is valid for the entire duration of the relevant licenses, taking into account the change in the minimum wage each year.
Breaching the requirement to have a designated bank deposit or bank guarantee may lead to the revocation of the license.
