This leading independent customer service provider reviews systems and processes across multiple industries, confirming that Sportradar is able to consistently deliver services that meet international industry standards, customer requirements and regulations.
Sportradar’s Customer Service, Care and Integrity divisions have been ISO certified since 2014. In 2015, compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard was confirmed for the Life Cycle of Odds Sportradar service division. The latest audit confirms that Sportradar’s Quality Management System (QMS) complies with ISO 9001:2015 in the areas of:
1.“Client Services & Care – Betting and Gaming”
2.“Integrity Services”
3. “Content Production and Operations”
4.“Trading Services”
The certification highlights Sportradar’s efforts to continuously analyze and improve its operations, services, products, data and processes. The Customer Service and Care division implemented technical success management to provide customers with access to Sportradar experts and provide faster support turnaround times (SLAs).
For Integrity Services, which provides fraud detection monitoring and analysis, the certification confirms Sportradar’s leadership in betting monitoring and suspicious match detection, and strengthens the confidence of Sportradar partners in its services.
The content production and operations division, responsible for pre-match, live and statistical data, has improved its processes based on audit findings, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with the ISO 9001 standard.
The Trade Services Certification division, in turn, helps the company streamline processes and innovate products to ensure it meets the high standards expected by customers.
