Oddin.gg, an eSports data provider, has established a long-term partnership with PLAYzone, the Czech organizer of eSports tournaments, including their main event Tipsport Counter-Strike 2, with the support of the largest Czech bookmaker Tipsport. Under this partnership, Oddin.gg has become the official data and integrity partner for several PLAYzone events.
Pavel Kristián, Project Manager of PLAYzone, commented: “As a tournament organizer, we are happy to partner with companies with such understanding and knowledge about esports. Oddin.gg’s data products and integrity-related services are top on the global market, while Tipsport is a household name in the Czech and Slovakian Republic. Together, I am sure we will offer a top tier European tournament.”
In 2024, Oddin.gg will become the official data provider for four seasonal cups, starting in March and ending with the finals in November.
Marek Suchar, Managing Director and Co-founder at Oddin.gg, noted: “I am thrilled to once again partner with Tipsport and PLAYzone, whose contributions have been instrumental in shaping the Counter-Strike landscape in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are committed to supporting both established and emerging tournament organizers in this dynamic industry, recognizing the challenges they face in event management. We were happy to offer a long-term deal, as Oddin.gg is here to be part of the esports ecosystem – that relates to offering top esports betting B2B services as well as supporting TOs.”
The Counter-Strike esports scene in the Czech Republic and Slovakia has grown significantly over the past few years thanks to the close collaboration between PLAYzone and Tipsport. This collaboration will be continued and expanded with the participation of Oddin.gg.
Martin Ptáčník, Head of Sponsorship and Events Department at Tipsport, added: “The partnership of such significant entities is proof of the strength and attractiveness of the Czech market, and it brings a new quality to the world of Counter Strike 2.
“It confirms to us that our decision to join forces with the MČR four years ago and thus invest in the support and development of esports in the Czech Republic was the right one, and we are very much looking forward to further developing the project.”
