SOFTSWISS has unveiled two new features for its platform: cashout cancellation and time zone management.
The cashout cancellation feature is available on both the SOFTSWISS client and external platforms. Option allows players to cancel a portion of their withdrawal requests – 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% – and receive a bonus in return. When a player cancels a withdrawal and gets a bonus, both the bonus funds and the withdrawal amount are locked in their account until the bonus wagering requirements are met.
The time zone management feature lets operators using the SOFTSWISS casino platform specify time zones for certain bonuses or restrict bonuses to specific times. SOFTSWISS believes this feature will enhance personalization and interaction with casino bonus policies, especially for casinos operating in multiple time zones.
Head of the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform Daria Autukhovich mentioned: “Player engagement and retention are crucial elements of a gaming project’s business strategy. Acquisition costs are extremely high, so operators need to focus on engaging and retaining customers. We are committed to further developing our product features to support these objectives.”
Many operators are increasingly focusing on personalization and engagement. For example, ComeOn has developed and patented a platform that adapts content to player preferences. Similarly, TotoGaming’s entry into the Romanian market included a teaser campaign featuring former Barcelona and Real Madrid midfielder Luis Figo and introduced a chat feature for real-time discussions during sporting events.
In terms of personal data protection, companies are transitioning to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. In May, operator Playson announced it had received this certification, highlighting the need for high security measures and compliance with international standards.
