Sophie Hodgson, who has been with Blexr for two years, is stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. She previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources.
Since joining Blexr in November 2022, Hodgson has played a key role in developing career frameworks, establishing transparent pay bands, and enhancing employee experiences to support career growth and retention.
Hodgson’s extensive experience includes roles in both startups and large corporations, such as CEO and founder of Storm Collaborative and COO of BAE Systems Air.
Speaking of the new role, Hodgson said: “I am incredibly excited to take on this new challenge and continue to build on the solid foundations we’ve established at Blex. My goal is to create a positive, high-performing environment that attracts and retains top talent, fosters employee engagement, and promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion that aligns with Blexr’s overarching strategy.”
