SBC Digital – Affiliate Marketing to delve into the keys to success in affiliation

The SBC Digital – Affiliate Marketing online conference takes place this Wednesday, September 4, and hosts a line-up of expert speakers ready to share insights on a range of key topics, from SEO to AI, and data to social responsibility.

Kicking off at 09:30 BST and taking place inside SBC’s digital event platform, the conference features speakers from the likes of Clever Advertising, Game Lounge, Betsson, Better Collective and many more, alongside a host of SBC’s editorial experts to steer the conversations.

The digital conference, which is partnered with the Affiliate Leaders Summit, comes just a few weeks before the inaugural event in Lisbon, where 5,000 affiliates and operators will attend as part of the SBC Summit.

Among the panels is ‘Influencers and the value of social media marketing’, where CasinoBeats Editor Joe Streeter is joined by Carlos Sanchez (Co-CEO, Tipster Chat), Marina Lima (Chief Social Media Officer, Clever Advertising), Luiz Felippe Correia de Almeida (Founder, Smart Social) and Alessandro Valente (Co-Founder, Super Affiliados) to discuss how brands can identify and utilise influencers for greater penetration and success in social media marketing. 

Another highlight of the agenda is ‘Generative AI: Are the savings worth the risk?’ a discussion on the benefits and drawbacks of AI for content generation. Clinton Cutajar (CTO, Media Troopers), Victoria Buttigieg (Head of Content Strategy, Game Lounge), Teimuraz Pataridze (Founder, SlotStats) and Gjorjge Ristikj (Founder & CEO, LinkData Media) join SBC Media Senior Journalist Danny Lee to offer their insight. 

Elsewhere, Catie Di Stefano (Marketing Director, The Affiliate Platform), Isabel Hale (Director of Sales, Better Collective), Brett Hoffman (Founder, GatorWagers) and Shmulik Segal (CEO & Co-Founder, Media Troopers) will be discussing marketing strategy in a panel moderated by SBC Media Marketing Manager Scott Fulton. And leading emerging tech consultant Mark Grech moderates a panel entitled ‘Making real time data work for you’ alongside Andrew Garven (Head of Brand Strategy & Marketing, Covers), David Da Silva (CEO, EasyOdds), Cassie Brickman (CEO, Betting Hero) and Conrad Bugeja (Global SEO Director, FairPlay Sports Media).

The conference opens with a star-studded SEO panel where leading industry SEO expert Ivana Flynn moderates a discussion on how to maximise your SEO efforts, and is joined by Eugene Ravdin (Communications & Marketing Manager, MightyTips), Maria Sayapina (Director of Casino, Game Lounge) and Milica Kuzmanovic, Betsson’s Global Offsite SEO Lead. 

Wrapping up the day’s content is ‘Who is responsible for social responsibility?’, focusing on the extent to which affiliates are responsible for player safety.
