SOFTSWISS has aimed to ensure “the highest level of security” for its operator partners by launching the Bug Bounty Program.
The campaign invites ‘white hat hackers’ and independent security researchers to attempt to identify vulnerabilities and “critical security issues” within SOFTSWISS’ Casino Platform and Sportsbook offerings, rewarding discoveries with financial incentives of up to €3,500.

Each “highly-skilled security expert” has been asked to join the program on an invite-only basis, as the igaming solutions provider suggested that public programs “tend to generate more irrelevant reports”.
“In this ever-evolving landscape, even a minor bug can lead to significant losses for operators,” continued Zaretskov. “The Bug Bounty Program is an extra measure to protect our existing and future clients.”
Following the initial program on SOFTSWISS casino and sports betting offerings, the supplier’s cybersecurity team has announced plans to add more products to the scheme in due course.
