UK-based operator bet365 has strengthened its presence in North America with the opening of a new headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
bet365 is partnering with the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, the Denver Metropolitan Economic Development Corporation and commercial real estate consultant Newmark on the 120,000 square foot project.
“The opening of our US headquarters in beautiful downtown Denver represents a watershed moment in bet365’s North American journey. The Mile High City and its thriving business community are the perfect place to begin the next chapter of our company’s future, and we are excited to create an industry-leading, innovative workplace in our new home,” said a bet365 spokesperson.
The new headquarters, which will house several corporate departments, is expected to add 1,000 jobs to the local Denver economy, with 300 jobs expected to be created in 2024. The global gaming brand also has a US office in New Jersey. Bet365, which has over 7,000 employees, also has offices in the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, Australia, Colombia and Bulgaria.
bet365 is entering a new market in Denver. In July, bet365 launched online sports betting and online gaming in Pennsylvania after receiving final approval from the state Gaming Control Board.
The operator gained market access in Pennsylvania through a partnership with Presque Isle Downs & Casino, a subsidiary of Churchill Downs Incorporated. As of September 2024, bet365 operates online sports betting and online gaming operations in 11 US markets.
