Push Gaming Announces C-Level Executives Team Reorganisation

Push Gaming has announced a reorganization of its executive team, appointing Andy Bentley as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Co-founder Winston Lee will also become co-CEO, sharing the position with current CEO James Marshall.

Bentley has previously collaborated with Push Gaming, participating in several strategic projects over the past six months, and brings experience from companies such as Ladbrokes, Genting, and Gauselmann Group.

As COO, Bentley will oversee marketing strategy, project delivery, and the development of new opportunities for Push Gaming following the company’s acquisition by LeoVentures, the investment arm of LeoVegas Group, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International, in September last year.

“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time consulting with the incredible team at Push so far and I’m honored to have been offered the opportunity to take on such an exciting permanent role,” commented Bentley.

“Push Gaming is a brand that I have long admired and is a company with fantastic scope for future growth- so I’m thrilled to be a part of that mission. Exciting updates are currently being rolled out, and we have more big plans in store as we approach the end of the year and enter 2025.’’

In his role as co-CEO, Lee will continue to oversee legal, regulatory, and financial matters, as well as live operations at Push Gaming. Meanwhile, Marshall will focus on games and product development, human resources and corporate culture, as well as sales and account management.

“Andy has been working with us for the past six months on some of our strategic projects for the US and Brazil, so while he’s been a regular face for us here, we want to officially welcome him on board,” added Marshall.

“He joins with brilliant experience from senior positions in B2C operations and I couldn’t think of anyone better to help drive us on to the next chapter of growth. As we move into the upcoming year, we have ambitious plans in place.

“With Andy joining our team, I am confident that we will build our momentum, launching a range of new games in Q1 and further developing our global partnerships.”
