3 Oaks Gaming has received a recognition notice from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). As a result, the developer’s portfolio of slot games can now be offered to licensed operators in the Maltese market.

This approval aligns with 3 Oaks Gaming’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in regulated markets worldwide. The developer has already obtained certifications from regulators in several jurisdictions, including Brazil, Romania, Greece, and the United Kingdom.
In the UK, 3 Oaks Gaming made its debut through a partnership with BVGroup, while in Romania, it collaborated with operator WINBET.
As part of the Romanian partnership, players on the Winbet.ro platform gained access to titles such as 3 Hot Chillies: Hold and Win, Coin Up: Hot Fire, and Coin Volcano: Hold and Win.
Earlier, in an interview with iGaming Expert, Muratov elaborated on why the company continues to expand into regulated markets. Entry into regulated jurisdictions allows 3 Oaks Gaming “to support our existing partners’ expansion goals while also building new relationships with operators in those regions.”
Muratov added: “More jurisdictions are embracing clear frameworks for gaming and content licensing, which creates a stable and transparent environment for us to operate in. We’ve aligned all our certifications and compliance processes to these evolving standards to meet market requirements.
