Oddsgate and BetConstruct to Collaborate in the Brazilian Market

Oddsgate will integrate BetConstruct’s API solutions, while both companies will combine technology, compliance expertise, and personalized services to support operators in the Brazilian market.

The services will include immediate access to solutions adapted for Brazil, such as PIX – the Central Bank of Brazil’s instant payment platform, Portuguese language localization, and 24/7 customer support in Portuguese.

Tiago Almeida, Oddsgate CEO, added: “This is a transformative step. The partnership allows us to offer our clients the most complete platform in the industry without giving up the personalisation, proximity, and regulatory knowledge that define our leadership in the Brazilian market.” 

Oddsgate is an iGaming platform provider based in Portugal with a presence in Brazil. In August, the company became the first to join the National Association of Gaming and Lotteries (ANJL) in Brazil.

The partnership was announced at Harmony YoFuture in São Paulo, an event where regulators, experts, and industry leaders discussed how regulation, innovation, and technology will shape the future of Brazil’s iGaming market.

Since its launch on January 1, 2025, the Brazilian betting market has generated more than R$17.4 billion (€2.7 billion) in revenue during the first half of the year, attracting both local companies and multinational groups such as Flutter, Betsson, and Superbet.

However, debates continue around several aspects of market regulation, including the scope of advertising and the role of influencers and celebrities. In August, IAB Brasil released a digital advertising guide, proposing rules and best practices for responsible communication on online betting platforms.
