Their positioning has been similar, though not identical. Boonuspart.ee leaned into broader casino comparisons, editorial features and long-form guides.
Kasiino-boonus.ee, by contrast, developed strong organic visibility around bonus-focused search terms in Estonia.
The stated purpose of the deal is to provide deeper content, sharper comparisons, and a cleaner user experience for readers seeking bonus information that’s up-to-date.
Teemu Pesonen, co-founder of Boonuspart, commented on the acquisition, saying that it is in line with the company’s long-term plans.
“This acquisition supports our long-term strategy of building the most trusted and informative casino bonus resource in Estonia. Kasiino-boonus.ee has a strong legacy in the local market, and we see clear synergies in terms of content, SEO, and player value,” he noted.
The plan is to integrate Kasiino-boonus.ee into the existing Boonuspart.ee platform, with existing content to be reviewed, updated, and expanded where necessary.
The parties also stated that the transaction does not involve any change to player data handling. No user information is being transferred as part of the acquisition.
