SOFTSWISS Launches a Solution to Streamline Industry Processes

Gaming software developer SOFTSWISS has announced another product in what is shaping up to be a very active year for the company.

The Malta-headquartered firm announced a new solution, the Partner API Tester, a self-service testing tool for its sports betting API, Sportsbook Partner API 2.0.

According to SOFTSWISS, the solution has been developed to assist operators in integrating its sportsbook system, making the overall process more efficient.

The company aims to eliminate the need to run separate manual checks across betting, wallet, and plate management functionalities, in doing so reducing costs and the need for regular troubleshooting.

Alexander Kamenetskyi, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, said: “Integration speed matters, but so does confidence. Operators want to know their sportsbook will work exactly as expected before they go live.

“The Partner API Tester removes one of the biggest bottlenecks in the process – manual validation. Our partners can now test integrations independently, identify issues, and launch much faster. This kind of self-service capability saves time on both sides and makes the whole process more predictable.”

Announcement of the product came shortly after SOFTSWISS released its latest report assessing trends in the global iGaming industry, focusing on hiring trends across the sector, such as the impact of Artificial Intelligence and the motivating factors behind employee movements.

Both the report and the API announcement came after a busy month for SOFTSWISS in February, with partnerships signed with the likes of TrueLabel and membership of a major regional trade body.

The firm’s partnership with TrueLabel saw its sportsbook solution integrated into the casino technology platform across multiple jurisdictions.

The integration covered sports coverage, live betting, flexible bet types and risk management.

Its membership in the Associação Nacional de Jogos e Loterias (ANJL), meanwhile, helped expand the platform’s reach in South America – specifically in the lottery space – coming amid a wider industry push across Latin American betting and gaming markets.
