SOFTSWISS Enhances Game Aggregator with New Tournament Features

SOFTSWISS is expanding the functionality of its Game Aggregator by adding two new tournament tools — “Tournaments Report” and “Instant Tournaments” — designed to support operators in launching and managing marketing campaigns.

The “Tournaments Report” consolidates key metrics into a single interface, enabling operators to gain deeper insights into player behaviour, compare campaign performance, and adjust strategies in real time without switching between different systems.

Additional tools for campaign planning, format comparison, market analysis, as well as evaluation of game and provider performance, will allow SOFTSWISS partner operators to optimise their services faster and improve campaign management efficiency.

SOFTSWISS Senior Business Development Manager, Khoren Ispiryan, stated: “Tournaments are one of the strongest engagement tools we offer, but running them well means knowing exactly what each campaign delivers.

“In our Tournaments Report feature, we focused on complete performance visibility. Teams can quickly see which tournament formats actually drive engagement and revenue to use that insight right away.”

“Instant Tournaments” is a new mechanic which will allow for SOFTSWISS’ partnered operators to offer a chance for players to ‘race to hit a target multiplier instead of collecting points over time’.

Operators set the target multiplier and number of winners, with options for a real-time progress indicator and consolation prizes. Once all winning spots are filled, the feature automatically closes.

In early April, SOFTSWISS introduced “Motion” — a no-code workflow automation tool built into its casino platform. The solution reduces reliance on technical specialists by automating tasks such as bonus issuance, audience segmentation, and player tagging.

Suren Vardanyan, Head of Sales for SOFTSWISS’s Casino Platform, said: “Motion addresses a common operational constraint for operators – the dependency on technical resources for everyday CRM execution.

“By enabling teams to define and run player logic directly within the platform, it removes delays and manual steps. This allows CRM and retention teams to focus on strategy and player engagement, while supporting a shift toward more autonomous, where business teams can act faster and rely less on technical mediation.”
