Antoine Jouteau has said he’s being appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Banijay Gaming at a ‘pivotal moment’, as a reshuffle at the top of the company is set to take place later this year.
Jouteau’s position as CEO will be effective from 1 September 2026, with Nicolas Béraud remaining with the operator as Non-Executive Chair of the Board, while Joachim Baca will be Non-Executive Vice-Chair.
The management movement as Banijay Gaming enters its new phase following the completion of its combination with Tipico Group and its planned acquisition of casino network Groupe JOA, further solidifying its position in continental Europe with the Betclic, Tipico and Admiral brands.
Defining Banijay Gaming’s strategy, Jouteau’s priorities will include establishing an operating model to reflect the group’s ambitions, promoting growth across existing regulated markets, improving market share, and bolstering customer-focused innovation by leveraging its brand portfolio’s combined strengths.
