Rising Fan Engagement Drives Strong Q3 Financial Results for Sportradar

Sportradar has reported 24% year-on-year revenue growth in Q3 2026 as the figure reached €363m (approximately $408m) (Q3 2025: €296m (approximately $333m)).

Growth was driven by the firm’s operations in its home market of the US, where revenue surged 47% YoY from €67m (approximately $75m) to €98m (approximately $110m).

Sportradar’s profit rose 20% to €27m (approximately $30m) as adjusted EBITDA went up 21% YoY from €85m (approximately $96m) to €102m (approximately $115m).

“Sportradar delivered another strong quarter of double-digit growth, once again demonstrating the value of our role as a key technology and content partner to the global sports ecosystem,” said Carsten Koerl, Chief Executive Officer of Sportradar.

“Our performance was driven by strong demand for our premium content portfolio, deep data and innovative technology solutions, including further monetisation of the acquired IMG ARENA rights and significant contributions from across the prediction markets landscape.”

Sportradar’s revenue from the Rest of the World segment increased by 17% year-on-year to €265m (approximately $298m), accounting for 73% of the company’s total revenue.

These results came in a quarter during which the company continued to integrate and monetise the recently acquired IMG ARENA sports rights. This helped drive 27% year-on-year growth in its Betting Technology & Solutions division, with revenue reaching €297m (approximately $334m).

Shortly after the end of the third quarter, the group agreed to divest Atrium Sports for $170m. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the year.

According to Koerl, growth has been driven by increasing fan engagement with sports. The company continues to capitalize on this trend, as well as the rapid expansion of the prediction markets sector.

Sportradar’s 2026 remains on track

The Nasdaq-listed company continues to expect constant-currency revenue growth of 19–21% for the full year 2026. This translates into revenue of between €1.518bn (approximately $1.708bn) and €1.533bn (approximately $1.724bn).

The firm also remains on track to achieve adjusted EBITDA growth of 24–27%, corresponding to €360m–€368m (approximately $405m–$414m).

At the time of writing, Sportradar shares were up 5.67% to $13.60 in pre-market trading.

Koerl added: “Fans are engaging with sports across more platforms than ever before, expanding our addressable market and increasing demand for our products and solutions.

“As we capitalize on these new opportunities, further leveraging our existing portfolio, we remain focused on innovation and execution to drive additional value for our partners and clients and deliver durable growth and expanding profitability for our shareholders.”
