iGaming company Instasoft has unveiled its first comprehensive turnkey solution.
The platform was first showcased last week at the Ice Barcelona event. The all-in-one solution combines casino, sportsbook, and poker within a single ecosystem, including payment integration and regulatory compliance.
Instasoft positions the platform as a next-generation alternative to traditional solutions. The company notes that consolidating core products, payments, and compliance functions into a unified modular infrastructure helps overcome common challenges associated with complex integrations and fragmented technology stacks.
Boyan Todorov, CEO of Instasoft, commented: “We are excited to officially launch the platform and to give the industry its first hands-on look at what makes Instasoft one step ahead of the competition.

Todorov, formerly of DraftKings, co-founded Instasoft in April 2025 alongside Jonathan Levi and Densilav Stoikov, with headquarters in Bulgaria.
The company’s debut platform is already available to operators in Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa, highlighting Instasoft’s global ambitions. It supports both cryptocurrency and fiat payments.
In addition to a customizable sportsbook and poker solution, the platform integrates with over 240 casino providers.
Looking ahead, the company confirmed that further details will be released regarding the platform’s built-in, future-ready player engagement mechanics.
