Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG), a leading entity in digital marketing and media for the online gaming sector, has announced the acquisition of Casinomeister.
After successfully selling AskGamblers and KaFe Rocks, the acquisition of Casinomeister bolsters GiG Media’s commitment to transparency and player services in the online gaming industry.
Casinomeister will continue to operate under its own brand within the GiG Media portfolio. The acquisition aims to rejuvenate Casinomeister, similar to the positive momentum seen with AskGamblers post-acquisition.

GiG expects to close the $3.25 million deal in June. The acquisition will have an immediate positive financial impact, which is expected to grow once fully integrated into GiG Media’s operations.
