Online gaming provider Videoslots has announced that it is rebranding to Immense Group to signify the firm’s “new chapter” in the sector.
Videoslots, founded in 2011, has transformed its online casino offering into a multibranded establishment, encompassing the Videoslots, Mr Vegas, Kungaslottet, Mega Riches, and DBET brands.
On the rebrand, Alexander Stevendahl, CEO and Co-Founder of Videoslots, said: “The adoption of the Immense Group identity reflects our growth, ambition, and commitment to innovation. By creating a distinct corporate structure, we can better unlock the potential of each brand while maintaining the values and culture that have driven our success.
“Videoslots Group has an impressive track record in a fast-growing, rapidly changing industry. Adopting the Immense Group name shows our ambition to keep evolving and paving the way for future growth for each individual brand.”
The transition to the new brand is accompanied by the newly-established, Sweden-based, holding company Immerse Group AB, the CEO of which has been named Jesper Kärrbrink.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in the igaming sector, including CEO roles at Mr Green and Svenska Spel, in addition to being a Chairman of Pariplay and Internet Vikings AB.
Kärrbrink added: “The Videoslots journey is a true success story. With four additional brands and a new corporate structure, now is the perfect time to introduce a new umbrella brand that carries the strong Videoslots culture into its next chapter.”
It was further confirmed that the rebrand will not affect any of the existing Videoslots, Mr Vegas, Kungaslottet, Mega Riches, and DBET.
