The move is part of a leadership team refresh amid a challenging market environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the reshuffle, Lee, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2010 and earlier this year temporarily headed <strong>Resorts World Sentosa (RWS)<\/strong>, officially assumed her new group-wide role on 1 August and will report directly to Executive Chairman and Acting CEO <strong>Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her responsibilities will include driving strategy execution, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth across Genting\u2019s portfolio of assets. The company highlighted her \u201cproven track record of sound decision-making and strategic discipline\u201d as key qualities for the next stage of the group\u2019s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CFO position will be filled by <strong>Ang Suat Ching,<\/strong> who will combine the role with her current position as CFO of RWS. Her remit will cover financial planning, reporting, and treasury operations for the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another leadership change, <strong>Nanami Kasasaki <\/strong>has stepped down from her position as Chief Corporate Officer of Genting Singapore and from the board of directors of RWS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman Lim stated that the leadership reshuffle reflects Genting\u2019s commitment to long-term growth and strengthening its management team: \u201cThese appointments reflect our commitment to leadership renewal as the Group enters its next phase of growth. Shi Ruh brings a clear understanding of our long-term priorities. We also welcome Suat Ching to the executive team, whose financial expertise will support our ambitions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The changes come as Genting Singapore works to stabilise performance following a weak start to 2025.
