FAVBET Group<\/strong>, one of the leaders in Ukraine\u2019s iGaming market, has reported paying UAH 6.4 billion (around $160 million)<\/strong> in taxes and fees to the state budget during the first nine months of 2025 – nearly 25%<\/strong> more than in the same period of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFAVBET is a Ukrainian business that understands the importance of tax discipline in today\u2019s environment. Despite market challenges, the group continues to strengthen its contribution to the country\u2019s economic stability and defense capability, create jobs, and support hundreds of humanitarian initiatives,\u201d the company said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to industry associations, Ukraine\u2019s gambling sector in 2025 has slowed down and faces a rise in illegal operators – a trend that directly harms budget revenues. In this environment, FAVBET continues to grow its official tax contributions and remains among the largest taxpayers in the country\u2019s legal gaming market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside its business operations, FAVBET Group has maintained a consistent focus on charitable and volunteer initiatives. Since the beginning of Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion, the company\u2019s total support for the Ukrainian army and defense forces has exceeded UAH 730 million ($18 million)<\/strong>. This includes donations to UNITED24<\/strong> projects as well as direct deliveries of vehicles, drones, and other high-tech equipment to frontline units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An additional UAH 300 million ($7.5 million)<\/strong> has been directed toward the rehabilitation and reintegration of veterans, as well as projects in medicine, technology, education, culture, and sports. By October 2025, FAVBET had implemented more than 100 charitable initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the company\u2019s own projects are programs to support Ukrainians abroad, IT-education courses for children from internally displaced families, and nationwide first aid training for the sports community, which will reach up to 1,800 coaches, athletes, and sports officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, FAVBET continues to invest in developing the gaming industry and promoting national initiatives in responsible gambling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2023, the company has been the main sponsor of a comprehensive project introducing social services for people at risk of gambling addiction. Within this effort, Ukraine adopted its first national standard for the \u201cSocial and Psychological Rehabilitation of Individuals with Gambling Addiction.\u201d The standard guarantees free and anonymous assistance – from diagnosis and treatment to recovery and long-term support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The principles outlined in the standard are already being successfully implemented at Kyiv\u2019s specialized \u201cLife Space\u201d rehabilitation center, opened with FAVBET\u2019s support and its partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, FAVBET also partnered with the Responsible Gaming Center of Ukraine in a major exchange initiative between Ukraine and the European Union. The project brings together representatives of government institutions, civil society, and business to study and apply best European practices in responsible gambling and effective regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
