Wynn Resorts <\/strong>has confirmed the completion of another stage in the development of its integrated resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island<\/strong>, in the UAE<\/strong>. The company announced what is known as a \u201ctopping out,\u201d marking the completion of the building\u2019s main structural framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a social media post, Wynn said the resort\u2019s tower reached its highest concrete structural point 27 months after foundation works began. The structure stands 283 meters tall <\/strong>and comprises 70 floors. Once the spire is installed in 2026, the tower will reach a height of 352 meters, making it the tallest man-made structure in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The completion of the main structure followed Wynn\u2019s release of updated financial figures for the project. Annual gross gaming revenue is expected to reach up to US$1.66 billion<\/strong>. However, analysts have described these estimates as potentially conservative, with some forecasts pointing to possible annual revenues of up to US$2 billion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
