It will bring together operators, regulators and regional experts to discuss market entry strategies, player behaviour, regulatory developments and commercial factors shaping growth across these promising regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The track will open the <strong>Global &amp; Emerging Markets Stage <\/strong>\u2014 one of six dedicated conference stages at SBC Summit, alongside <strong>Regulation &amp; Compliance, Technology, Payment Expert Summit, Product Innovation Showcase <\/strong>and the <strong>Super Stage,<\/strong> which will take place at the <strong>MEO Arena<\/strong> in Lisbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rasmus Sojmark<\/strong>, CEO and Founder of SBC, said: \u201cIn today\u2019s gaming landscape, spotting growth opportunities is only part of the challenge. The discussion will feature <strong>Christopher Coyne<\/strong> (CEO, <strong>888Africa<\/strong>), <strong>Jason Gibson<\/strong> (Chief Commercial Officer, <strong>SportPesa<\/strong>), <strong>Aggrey Sayi <\/strong>(CEO, <strong>Maybets<\/strong>), <strong>William Scott <\/strong>(Chairman of the Board, <strong>Meridian Bet<\/strong>) and <strong>Ronnie Whelan<\/strong> (CEO, <strong>Kingmakers<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experts will discuss player behaviour across different countries, the most promising markets in terms of growth potential, and the role of regulation in shifting activity from the unregulated sector towards the licensed industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following session \u2014 <strong><em>\u201cAfrica\u2019s New Rulebook: How Regulators Are Shaping a 45-Market Boom\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \u2014 will focus on the transformation of Africa\u2019s regulatory landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Panelists will analyse how African jurisdictions are approaching licensing, taxation, anti-money laundering measures, data protection and player safety, while also exploring which regulatory models can provide the foundation for further growth of the regulated market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the Africa-focused sessions, the programme will shift its attention to Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus \u2014 regions characterised by different development trajectories and unique market conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The panel <strong><em>\u201cCEE in Transition: From Established Giants to Emerging Opportunities\u201d<\/em><\/strong> will examine how rising tax burdens, tighter regulation and increased competition are reshaping established markets across the region. Participants will also discuss emerging growth opportunities and new prospects for operators in Central and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussion will feature <strong>Ionut-Valeriu Andrei <\/strong>(CEO, <strong>Loteria Rom\u00e2n\u0103<\/strong>), <strong>Mikolaj Cymerman <\/strong>(Chief Commercial Officer, <strong>Entain CEE<\/strong>), <strong>Giorgi Gvenetadze<\/strong> (Chief Operating Officer, <strong>Flutter CEE<\/strong>) and <strong>Gega Topuridze <\/strong>(Deputy CEO, <strong>betlive<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experts will analyse the strategies operators are adopting to adapt to changing market conditions across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next stage of the programme will focus on Eurasia with the session <strong><em>\u201cFrom Kazakhstan to Georgia: Who\u2019s Opening Up and Who\u2019s Shutting Down in Eurasia?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussion will explore how countries across Central Asia and the Caucasus are developing their own approaches to gaming regulation. Key topics will include the evolution of compliance frameworks, the expansion of licensing opportunities and the identification of markets offering the most sustainable potential for long-term growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final session of the track, <strong><em>\u201cThe Far East: Opportunity Rising, Tolerance Shrinking\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, will examine the evolution of regulatory frameworks and enforcement practices across the markets of the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Japan and Macau. The discussion will feature <strong>Dominique Laconico <\/strong>(President and CEO, <strong>MegaBet+ &amp; Scorebet<\/strong>), <strong>Keith McDonnell<\/strong> (Director, <strong>KMI Group<\/strong>) and <strong>Japneet Singh (Japs) Sethi <\/strong>(Chief Growth Officer, South Asia, <strong>iGaming NDA<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The panel will explore the impact of regulatory reforms on access to licensed markets, the tightening of restrictions in certain jurisdictions, and the measures being taken by regulators and licensed operators to address offshore activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond the main conference programme, delegates will be able to continue regional discussions through SBC Summit\u2019s <strong>Regulatory Gaming Meetups<\/strong>.
