The organisations getting the most from it are the ones that understand its strengths, recognise its limitations, and know where human expertise still matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThat\u2019s the thinking behind this academy. Rather than simply talking about AI\u2019s potential, we\u2019re giving delegates the opportunity to test it, question it, experiment with it, and leave with skills they can immediately put into practice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The academy will open with the live demonstration <strong><em>\u201cData and AI: Limits and Lessons.\u201d <\/em><\/strong><strong>BehshadBehzadi<\/strong>, Chief Technology Officer at <strong>Sportradar<\/strong>, will show how AI is being used to analyse player behaviour and enrich sports data, while being upfront about where the technology adds real value and where it still comes up short.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attention will then turn to AI agents during the session <strong><em>\u201cWhen Agents Speak for You &amp; The Future of Interaction.\u201d <\/em><\/strong>Through a live showcase, <strong>Javier Troncoso<\/strong>, CEO &amp; Co-Founder of <strong>Insightplay.ai, <\/strong>and <strong>Jeffrey Haas, <\/strong>Managing Director of <strong>ID8 GlobalGaming <\/strong>Business Accelerator, will demonstrate and analyse voice agents in action, exploring how AI is evolving from digital assistants into autonomous representatives, and what that could mean for the future of customer interaction and decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conversation will then move into the physical world with the session <strong><em>\u201cAI Wearables, Robotics &amp; Human Augmentation\u201d. <\/em><\/strong>Through demonstrations of smart glasses, neurotechnology, exoskeletons, and biometric wearables, expert <strong>John Caldwell<\/strong> (Co-Founder, <strong>i3Soft<\/strong>) will show businesses how AI\u2019s transition into the physical world could reshape the way consumers interact with digital entertainment and AI-powered products.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trust takes centre stage in the case study <strong><em>\u201cTrust Test: Deepfakes, AI Fraud and the New Era Impersonation.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> In this case study, <strong>ShelleyLangan\u2013Newton<\/strong> (Co-Founder &amp; CEO, <strong>SQR<\/strong>), <strong>Lluis Mora<\/strong> (Chief Security Officer, <strong>Entain<\/strong>), <strong>DonaldTabone<\/strong> (Chief Information Security Officer, <strong>Betsson<\/strong>), and <strong>Roberta Nicholls <\/strong>(Head of Chapter, <strong>AI Collective<\/strong>) will demonstrate how AI-generated identities, voice cloning, and deepfakes are being used to exploit trust, and how businesses can protect themselves against these emerging threats.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delegates will then put everything into practice during the interactive workshop<strong><em> \u201cBuild Your Own AI Assistant,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> creating a practical AI assistant tailored to marketing, CRM, or analytics.
