{"id":13657,"date":"2026-07-31T08:10:15","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T07:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/?p=13657"},"modified":"2026-07-31T08:10:18","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T07:10:18","slug":"antoine-jouteau-to-lead-banijay-gaming-through-major-transformation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2026\/07\/31\/antoine-jouteau-to-lead-banijay-gaming-through-major-transformation\/","title":{"rendered":"Antoine Jouteau to Lead Banijay Gaming Through Major Transformation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Antoine Jouteau <\/strong>has said he\u2019s being appointed as Chief Executive Officer of <strong>Banijay Gaming<\/strong> at a \u2018pivotal moment\u2019, as a reshuffle at the top of the company is set to take place later this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jouteau\u2019s position as CEO will be effective from 1 September 2026, with <strong>Nicolas B\u00e9raud <\/strong>remaining with the operator as Non-Executive Chair of the Board, while <strong>Joachim Baca<\/strong> will be Non-Executive Vice-Chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The management movement as Banijay Gaming enters its new phase following the completion of its combination with <strong>Tipico Group<\/strong> and its planned acquisition of casino network <strong>Groupe JOA, <\/strong>further solidifying its position in continental Europe with the <strong>Betclic, Tipico and Admiral<\/strong> brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Defining Banijay Gaming\u2019s strategy, Jouteau\u2019s priorities will include establishing an operating model to reflect the group\u2019s ambitions, promoting growth across existing regulated markets, improving market share, and bolstering customer-focused innovation by leveraging its brand portfolio\u2019s combined strengths.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new CEO stated: \u201cBanijay Gaming has reached a pivotal moment in its journey. Bringing together Betclic, Tipico and Admiral creates a unique platform: leading brands, exceptional talent and a strong footprint across Europe\u2019s regulated gaming markets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhat convinced me to join this adventure is the opportunity to build on these strong foundations and help shape the next stage of growth.
