{"id":13669,"date":"2026-08-03T06:31:58","date_gmt":"2026-08-03T05:31:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/?p=13669"},"modified":"2026-08-03T06:32:01","modified_gmt":"2026-08-03T05:32:01","slug":"ggbet-and-fc-polissya-launch-new-initiatives-for-football-fans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2026\/08\/03\/ggbet-and-fc-polissya-launch-new-initiatives-for-football-fans\/","title":{"rendered":"GGBET and FC Polissya Launch New Initiatives for Football Fans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukrainian betting firm <strong>GGBET <\/strong>has announced a new initiative with Ukrainian Premier League club <strong>FC Polissya Zhytomyr<\/strong>, unveiling the team&#8217;s new kit ahead of the 2026\/27 domestic season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative coincided with the start of the <strong>Ukrainian Premier League <\/strong>season, with FC Polissya opening its campaign against <strong>Chornomorets Odesa <\/strong>on 2 August.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the new season now underway, GGBET emphasised that its partnership with one of Ukraine&#8217;s top-flight football clubs has delivered significant value to the brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having first partnered in June 2025, GGBET and FC Polissya have emphasised a shared ambition to \u201cbring sport closer\u201d to fans via a \u201crange of interesting projects\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A GGBET spokesperson remarked that the club\u2019s active and \u201csteadily growing\u201d audience has created both \u201cqualitative and quantitative value\u201d for the Kyiv-based company as it continues to strengthen its position in its home market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFC Polissya is one of the country\u2019s most dynamic clubs, both in terms of sporting performance and media presence,\u201d GGBET\u2019s spokesperson told <em>SBC News.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe value the club\u2019s modern approach to audience engagement, content creation and event organisation. This includes maintaining a connection with fans who are currently living outside Ukraine because of the war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe club is also investing in Ukraine\u2019s sporting infrastructure. FC Polissya has built a new training centre and is redeveloping its home stadium in Zhytomyr.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The power of Ukrainian football<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Football is by far the most popular sport in Ukraine, followed by boxing, basketball and tennis, among others. Like other European nations, football clubs are deeply rooted in many Ukrainian communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GGBET has recognised this in its approach to brand building and marketing, having partnered not just with FC Polissya but also with Ukraine\u2019s biggest club, <strong>FC Dynamo <\/strong>Kyiv, 17-time winners of the national title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs football remains the most popular sport in Ukraine, its audience is naturally one of the brand\u2019s key areas of focus,\u201d GGBET tells <em>SBC News<\/em>, though the firm notes that Ukraine\u2019s diverse sporting interests make marketing diversification important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, GGBET UA does not limit its activities to football,\u201d the firm\u2019s spokesperson added. \u201cThe brand continues to invest in different sports and develop our product to meet the needs of fans, regardless of their sporting preferences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThat is why we are continuing to expand our portfolio of strategic partnerships. For example, in 2026 GGBET UA became a sponsor of the <strong>Ukrainian Basketball Federation<\/strong> and the Ukrainian national 3\u00d73 basketball championship.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based in Kyiv, GGBET understandably counts Ukraine as a key market. Continuing to work with football clubs like FC Polissya is central to its ambitions for growth and further brand building in its home nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The latest initiative it has launched with the club, christened <strong>\u201cThe Packs Code\u201d<\/strong>, is a creative project.
