{"id":14052,"date":"2026-09-18T12:42:38","date_gmt":"2026-09-18T11:42:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/?p=14052"},"modified":"2026-09-18T12:42:41","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T11:42:41","slug":"igaming-leader-mastermind-hires-former-kambi-expert-to-drive-growth-strategy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2026\/09\/18\/igaming-leader-mastermind-hires-former-kambi-expert-to-drive-growth-strategy\/","title":{"rendered":"iGaming Leader Mastermind Hires Former Kambi Expert to Drive Growth Strategy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online gambling industry peer group <strong>iGamingLeader Mastermind<\/strong> has appointed industry veteran <strong>Michael Baker-Mosley<\/strong> as its new Fractional Chief Growth Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organisation, led by founder and former Director of Retention at <strong>BetVictor<\/strong>, <strong>Leo Judkins<\/strong>, has tasked Baker-Mosley with developing its approach to member acquisition, sales and marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both Baker-Mosley and Judkins will attend the <strong>SBC Summit Lisbon<\/strong> later this month, with work on the above mentioned projects due to commence immediately before stepping up after the trade event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new hire is already familiar with the Mastermind concept, having been a member for 18 months and an ambassador since March 2026.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOne of the things I\u2019ve learned from being part of the Mastermind is that founders and senior leaders don\u2019t have to figure everything out alone,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThere are very few places where you can sit alongside people facing the same pressures and decisions as you, talk openly and get genuinely useful perspectives from people who understand the position you\u2019re in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhether you\u2019re stepping into a new role, scaling a business, going through a period of change or simply trying to work out what comes next, having the right people around you can make an enormous difference.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to taking on his new permanent c-level role with iGaming Leader Mastermind, Baker-Mosley worked at B2B brands and in marketing roles across the iGaming industry for several years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This has included stints as Marketing Consultant and Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at <strong>TriumphB2B<\/strong>, CMO of <strong>iGP<\/strong>, and a series of brand marketing roles at sportsbook solutions firm <strong>Kambi<\/strong>, culminating in a year-long tenure as Head of Brand Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019ve spent much of my career building B2B brands and growth engines, but this is particularly exciting because I\u2019ve experienced the Mastermind myself,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI know the value it can provide. The opportunity now is to work with Leo and the wider team to bring that to more of the right people while protecting what makes the Mastermind special.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Headquartered in Malta, iGaming Leader\u00a0Mastermind serves as a peer-to-peer advisory network for executives, VPs and Directors in the iGaming space.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members use the platform to share knowledge and advice dealing with topics and challenges addressed by Judkins during an interview at the <strong>SBC Summit Malta <\/strong>earlier this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organisation\u2019s new c-level structure will see Judkins work to enhance the core peer-to-peer platform offering for current and future members, while Baker-Mosley builds out the commercial engine behind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on Baker-Mosley\u2019s new role, Judkins said: \u201cOver the last few years, we have built the Mastermind into something I am incredibly proud of, but I still believe we are only scratching the surface of what it can become.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThere is enormous potential to develop the offering further, create more opportunities for our members and bring the Mastermind to more of the industry\u2019s leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe Mastermind has always been a labour of love for me, so adding someone to the team in such an important role was a significant decision.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t forget to subscribe to our <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/sbceurasia\">Telegram channel!<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Online gambling industry peer group iGamingLeader Mastermind has appointed industry veteran Michael Baker-Mosley as its new Fractional Chief Growth Officer.
