These changes at the management level were prompted by the appointment of <strong>Stephen Parry<\/strong>, former CEO of <strong>William Hill International<\/strong>, to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Superbet Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perry, a business transformation specialist, is tasked with creating a new center of operational excellence within the group. His role will focus on retail, online and core business optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Andrei Du\u015fu<\/strong> will join Superbet Group as Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and lead the company&#8217;s new international expansion strategy. Du\u015fu, a former senior strategist at <strong>Google<\/strong> and <strong>McKinsey<\/strong>, and co-founder of <strong>Flawless<\/strong>, a real-time AI-based application to support business operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three new appointments include <strong>Glyn Hughes<\/strong>, who will take the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Hughes is an experienced CFO and previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at <strong>International<\/strong> <strong>Workplace Group (IWG)<\/strong> and as Chief Financial Officer and Acting General Manager at <strong>Mothercare<\/strong>. He will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bolstered leadership team will report directly to Johnny Hartnett, the CEO of Superbet Group.
