Following his appointment as CEO of 888 Holdings<\/strong>, Per Widerstr\u00f6m<\/strong>, formerly a non-executive director at Catena Media<\/strong>, is stepping down from the company’s board of directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wiederstr\u00f6m was appointed to the Board of Directors in May 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, investors have been informed that Catena will retain six directors until the company’s AGM in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Catena continues to liquidate its media portfolio and has signed an agreement to sell its UK and Australian betting assets to Moneta Communications<\/strong> for \u20ac6m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proceeds from the sale were used to reduce corporate debt. The Board of Directors of Catena continues to consider all strategic options, including the complete sale of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
