If a player is found to be on the self-exclusion list, they will not be eligible to enter into a loan deal. This includes a ban on online gambling and access to national land-based establishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The amendment is awaiting final approval.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This offer is the latest in a series of changes in the Ukrainian gambling regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year, the <strong>Ukrainian Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries<\/strong> (<strong>KRAIL<\/strong>) identified an increase in self-exclusion by players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first four months of this year, 245 people were on the list.
