{"id":2949,"date":"2023-09-07T14:19:22","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T13:19:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/?p=2949"},"modified":"2023-09-07T14:19:22","modified_gmt":"2023-09-07T13:19:22","slug":"crypto-casino-stake-com-was-hacked-41-million-in-losses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2023\/09\/07\/crypto-casino-stake-com-was-hacked-41-million-in-losses\/","title":{"rendered":"Crypto Casino Stake.com Was Hacked: $41 Million in Losses"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Stake.com<\/strong>, a platform known for its popular cryptocurrency gambling, has been hacked, resulting in an unauthorized withdrawal of more than $41 million worth of cryptocurrency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stake.com has been alerted to suspicious movements of funds from its <strong>Ethereum<\/strong> and <strong>BSC<\/strong> wallets, but the company assured that users&#8217; assets in <strong>Bitcoin<\/strong>, <strong>XRP<\/strong> and other cryptocurrencies remained safe and unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blockchain data revealed that the first suspicious Ethereum transaction was transferred to a hacker\u2019s account, as well as a $3.9 million Tether transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boesin Alert<\/strong>, a <strong>Twitter\/X<\/strong> account known for its risk alerts and a Web3 smart contract auditor, discovered that a total of $41 million worth of cryptocurrencies had been intercepted. As a result, <strong>Ethereum<\/strong> worth $15.69 million, <strong>MATIC<\/strong> worth $7.825 million and BSC worth $17.825 million were hacked and redirected to a suspicious account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After moving the funds, the suspicious account allegedly spread the funds among several accounts.
