Betsson AB<\/strong> has strengthened its M&A capabilities by completing a \u20ac75 million bond issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u20ac75 million bond is authorized as part of a wider structure that gives Betsson access to up to \u20ac250 million of capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nordea<\/strong> acted as global coordinator, and Nordea and Swedbank<\/strong> acted as joint bookrunners. Gernandt & Danielson<\/strong> acted as legal advisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The corporate governance of Gaming Group, which is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, states that the funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes, primarily for acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trading in the first half of the year showed that the Betsson business continued to deliver unprecedented strong results, with the company making a profit of \u20ac98 million at its peak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group CEO Pontus Lindvall<\/strong> identified the growth of the CEECA and Latin American markets as key growth drivers for his business and announced his intention to continue to consider M&A options in these markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
