The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen the company&#8217;s growth and establish a strong position in the Italian gambling market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SKS365 prides itself on having a strong online presence with approximately 600,000 registered users, and is home to respected brands such as <strong>Planetwin365<\/strong> and <strong>PlanetPay365<\/strong>. In addition, the operator operates nearly 1,000 land-based betting shops, holding 9.6 percent market share in the sports segment and 6.4 percent in the gaming segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SKS365&#8217;s plans include achieving EBITDA of \u20ac74 million (\u00a364.31 million) in the 2023 financial year, with the majority of revenue generated through digital operations and sports franchising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are proud to become part of the Lottomatica Group.
