The committee then decided to propose Kambi Co-Founder Anders Str\u00f6m be appointed as Chair at next year\u2019s AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 14 years of working at the sports betting platform provider \u2013 including almost a decade as Chair \u2013 Stugemo commented: \u201cIt became clear that I should, if possible, promptly pass the leadership to someone else.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn this case, both I and Kambi are fortunate that Kambi\u2019s Co-Founder Anders Str\u00f6m is also a member of the Board and is ready to immediately take over as Chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Kambi journey has been remarkable, from early days serving a handful of partners to becoming a market leader with award-winning products and esteemed clients around the world.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt has been an immense privilege and joy to work closely and intensively with Kambi, alongside an inspiring entrepreneur like Anders Str\u00f6m.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Chair Str\u00f6m brings \u2018vast industry experience\u2019 to the role, having founded Kindred Group in 1997 and then later co-founded Kambi alongside CEO Kristian Nyl\u00e9n in 2010.
