The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)<\/strong> has decided to cancel the license issued to Super7plus<\/strong> with effect from 17 January 2024. In addition, the MGA has set a number of demands, including the immediate suspension of gaming operations and a ban on new players registering under this license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Super7plus is obliged to provide existing players with access to their accounts and ensure the withdrawal of any outstanding balances. In addition, he must pay all outstanding MGA fees within five days of the effective date of the decision. Within seven days, Super7plus must also provide the Authority with a transaction report and bank statements confirming the correct transfer of all funds to the players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any references to the MGA and permission must be removed immediately. The Authority said the decision could be appealed under Section 43(1) of the Act. This information follows on from events last week when the MGA suspended another operator, Rush Gaming<\/strong>, which was also subject to similar measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
