SBC Eurasia <a href=\"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2024\/05\/27\/gambling-ad-ban-azamat-kasymov-legal-advisor-of-association-of-bookmakers-of-kazakhstan-about-economic-and-social-impacts\/\">spoke<\/a> with <strong>Azamat Kasymov<\/strong>, Legal Advisor of the Self Regulatory Organisation Association of Bookmakers of Kazakhstan about the possible impacts of such initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kyrgyzstan<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2024\/05\/28\/kyrgyzstan-considers-legalizing-bookmaker-advertisements\/\">considers legalizing<\/a> bookmaker advertisements. Deputies propose allowing advertising for sports betting and betting operators to be placed in buildings where gambling takes place. Branding of bookmakers will also be possible in sports facilities and on sports uniforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ukraine <\/strong>plans to<a href=\"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2024\/05\/27\/restricting-p2p-transfers-in-ukraine-a-step-towards-combating-illegal-gambling\/\"> limit<\/a> P2P transfers. <strong>The National Bank of Ukraine<\/strong> is preparing a decision to limit the number of card transfers and set limits on transfers of funds from card to card between individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, the government of <strong>Montenegro<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2024\/05\/28\/montenegro-gambling-in-turmoil-as-e-payments-ban-is-authorised\/\">confirmed<\/a> its intention to \u201camend gambling laws\u201d to prohibit the use of modern payment systems for gambling. These controversial amendments violate EU competition rules by blocking e-banking, IPS and mobile payment services such as PayPal and Apple Pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a highly competitive field at the <strong>CasinoBeats Summit<\/strong>, <strong>Lambda Gaming<\/strong> emerged triumphant, <a href=\"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2024\/05\/30\/lambda-gaming-shines-at-casinobeats-2024-with-8bit-football-twinko\/\">securing<\/a> the prestigious Best Game Release of the Year award.
