\u200b\u200bGaming Innovation Group (GiG)<\/strong> has announced the immediate appointment of Andreas S\u00f6neby<\/strong> to its Platform Board of Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f6neby, a prominent figure in the igaming and technology industries, brings extensive experience to GiG as the company finalizes the strategic separation of its media and platform businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has held several high-level positions, including Chief Information Officer at Kambi<\/strong>, where he oversaw the company\u2019s technology strategy and led a team of over 300 professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Unibet Group plc<\/strong>, S\u00f6neby served as Chief Technology Officer and IT Director, showcasing his ability to manage complex operations and drive strategic initiatives for a leading multi-market gambling group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the gaming industry, S\u00f6neby has held executive roles at companies such as White Hat Gaming and Instabox<\/strong>. He is currently a Venture Partner at Industrifonden<\/strong>, where he helps shape the future of IT and technology across various sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Petter Nylander<\/strong>, Chairman of GiG Software PLC, commented on the appointment, saying, \u201cWe are delighted to welcome Andreas to our GiG Platform Board.
