(AIAS) <\/strong>entity office from the Czech Republic to Switzerland.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transfer of business came into effect on 1 October, with the new entity now operating under Swedish law and the new legal name Allwyn International AG.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No effects are anticipated on the Allwyn lottery and gaming properties, as well as its workforce in the Czech Republic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accompanying the relocation, a total of \u20ac500 ($ 524 m) 3.875% senior secured notes due 2027 issued by AIAS have been transferred to UK-based <strong>Allwyn Entertainment Financing Plc,<\/strong> acting as a substituting issuer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UK business serves as a issuer and borrower of Allwyn bonds and loans, with AIAS becoming a guarantor of the notes due 2027 \u2013 still guaranteed under pari passu\/equal footing agreement with other indebtedness falling under Allwyn\u2019s 2020 intercreditor agreement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allwyn became the <strong>National Lottery Operator<\/strong> in the UK earlier in February, having officially been granted the \u00a36.5bn (8.12 bn) license by the <strong>UK Gambling Commission<\/strong> in 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The firm\u2019s UK segment was described by CEO <strong>Robert Chvatal <\/strong>as a \u201ckey contributor\u201d to Allwyn\u2019s Q1 28% YoY <a href=\"https:\/\/sbcnews.co.uk\/sportsbook\/2024\/06\/07\/allwyn-revenue-growth-q1\/\">unaudited revenue growth<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to subscribe to our <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/sbceurasia\">Telegram channel!<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Global lottery operator Allwyn has announced that it is relocating its Allwyn International a.s.
