{"id":7305,"date":"2024-10-25T13:26:53","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T12:26:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/?p=7305"},"modified":"2024-10-25T13:26:59","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T12:26:59","slug":"betmgm-connects-sweden-with-the-las-vegas-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2024\/10\/25\/betmgm-connects-sweden-with-the-las-vegas-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"BetMGM Connects Sweden with the Las Vegas Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>LeoVegas Group<\/strong> has launched <strong>BetMGM<\/strong> in its home market of <strong>Sweden<\/strong>, as <strong>MGM Resorts<\/strong> continues its digital expansion across Western European markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sweden becomes the third European destination for BetMGM under the stewardship of LeoVegas, following successful rollouts in the UK and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MGM Resorts acquired LeoVegas Group in 2022 for <strong>$600 million<\/strong> in cash, using the platform to expand its BetMGM subsidiary within international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LeoVegas will establish BetMGM as its fourth brand in Sweden, joining its other properties: LeoVegas.se, GoGoCasino, and the heritage sportsbook Expekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High expectations have been placed on BetMGM\u2019s ambitions in Sweden, as noted by LeoVegas CEO <strong>Gustaf Hagman<\/strong>: \u201cI\u2019m absolutely thrilled to bring BetMGM to Sweden, where it all started! LeoVegas Group has been a leading operator in Sweden since its inception, and I\u2019m confident that Swedish players will love the unique Vegas experience and golden offers that they will find on BetMGM.
