Super Group (SHGC)<\/strong> has announced a special cash dividend for shareholders after surpassing its 2024 financial targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NYSE-listed company raised its full-year revenue guidance to \u20ac1.6 billion ($1.696 billion) (from \u20ac1.55 billion\/$1.643 billion) and increased its ex-US Adjusted EBITDA guidance to at least \u20ac360 million ($381.6 million), up from \u20ac345 million ($365.7 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier in Q3, company leadership had boosted its FY2024 guidance, expressing confidence that Super Group would exceed an adjusted EBITDA of \u20ac345 million ($365.7 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building on this strong performance, the Board declared a special cash dividend of 15\u00a2 per ordinary share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dividend will be paid on 8 January 2025 to shareholders who are on record as of 23 December 2024. Including the initial 2024 dividend of 10\u00a2 per share paid in July, the total shareholder payout for 2024 will reach 25\u00a2 per share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Super Group also confirmed plans to begin regular quarterly dividend payments in 2025, pending Board approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEO Neal Menashe <\/strong>expressed pride in the company\u2019s accomplishments, saying, \u201cWe\u2019ve had an outstanding year, and I\u2019m thrilled to announce yet another dividend while raising our full-year revenue and Adjusted EBITDA guidance. The strength of our balance sheet and consistent performance have allowed us to deliver value to our shareholders.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menashe reaffirmed the company\u2019s commitment to returning excess cash to shareholders, highlighting the strong financial results and balance sheet as key enablers. He added, \u201cIt\u2019s been a fantastic year for Super Group, and we\u2019re eager to build on this momentum as we move into 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
