It was also reported that Boca will receive just over \u00a36m ($7.5m) a year under this sponsorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jesper Svensson<\/strong>, CEO of Betsson Operations, reflected on the impact of this collaboration and underlined how the initial agreement, signed in June 2023, marked a crucial moment in Betsson\u2019s growth in Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have always admired the history and legacy of Boca Juniors, and we are truly honored to continue supporting this extraordinary club. As a company with Swedish roots, we feel a deep connection through our shared history and passion. This partnership not only strengthens our presence in the region, but also helps us connect with a global audience\u201d, \u2014 he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collaboration also places a focus on responsible gaming and to close 2024, the partners shared an <a href=\"https:\/\/sbcnoticias.com\/betsson-boca-juniors-campana-juego-responsable\/\">advertising campaign <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/sbcevents.com\/sbc-summit-rio\">featuring <\/a>Boca Juniors players to raise awareness about responsible gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a promotional announcement,&nbsp; Edinson Cavani Miguel Merentiel and Lautaro Blanco called on users to \u201cplay responsibly, on a safe site, and only if they are of legal age\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the extension, <strong>Juan Rom\u00e1n Riquelme<\/strong>, a previous Boca player and current President of the club, added: \u201cWe are very happy. We have been lucky enough to start this partnership with Betsson on June 25, 2023 together, and today thanks to Betsson\u2019s trust and the great work being done, we were able to renew until December 2028. For me it is a great happiness and I greatly appreciate the trust.
