NetBet<\/strong> has become the official sportsbook and betting partner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC)<\/strong> across the UK, Ireland, Greece, Italy and Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The marketing deal will see the operator have a presence in the Octagon, on UFC\u2019s international broadcast feed, and across digital and social platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NetBet CEO, Marcel Prioteasa<\/strong>, commented: \u201cWe are excited to become the European betting partner of UFC, uniting the adrenaline-pumping action of the world\u2019s premier mixed martial arts organisation with the elite betting experience our customers expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs we gear up for our biggest year yet in 2025, and with a loyal and growing MMA community, this partnership lets us bring fans even closer to the Octagon with exciting new ways to engage with the sport they enjoy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration is set to debut at the fight between Leon Edwards<\/strong> vs Sean Brady <\/strong>this Saturday (22 March) live at London\u2019s O2 Arena. This will be the UFC\u2019s 16th visit to London and 30th to the UK, making the country the fourth to have hosted UFC events for over 30 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MMA has become a hugely popular sport both in the UK and across Europe, with a number of prominent fighters originating from the continent including world champions. This has made the UFC, the sport\u2019s biggest promotion, a popular marketing target for betting firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs UFC continues to grow and expand across Europe, it\u2019s great to bring on such a reputable betting partner who already has a strong, established UFC fanbase,\u201d added Nicholas Smith<\/strong>, UFC\u2019s TKO Senior Vice President and Head of International Business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On LinkedIn, the operator praised UFC\u2019s rapid growth across Europe as well as its own commitment to delivering a \u2018top-tier betting experience\u2019, and stated: \u201cThis collaboration is set to be a game-changer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, last year NetBet also became an official sportsbook partner <\/a>of Power Slap, an American slap fighting promotion owned by Dana White<\/strong>, President of the UFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This deal saw the operator look to leverage and boost the popularity of Power Slap sports betting across the UK, Ireland, France, Romania, Brazil & Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
