{"id":8923,"date":"2025-03-26T09:03:14","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T09:03:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/?p=8923"},"modified":"2025-03-26T09:03:21","modified_gmt":"2025-03-26T09:03:21","slug":"gambling-com-reports-record-financials-amid-ma-activity-and-igaming-priority","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sbceurasia.com\/en\/2025\/03\/26\/gambling-com-reports-record-financials-amid-ma-activity-and-igaming-priority\/","title":{"rendered":"Gambling.com Reports Record Financials Amid M&amp;A Activity and iGaming Priority"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A concerted M&amp;A drive as well as a market-wide prioritisation of iGaming fuelled record results for <strong>Gambling.com<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The online gaming affiliate group revealed revenue growth of 17% to $127.1m, from $108.6m in 2023, while adjusted EBITDA was up 33% to $48.7m ($36.7m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Profit stood at $30.7m, up 68% year-on-year, despite the group closing the year with the major acquisitions of <strong>XLMedia <\/strong>and <strong>Odds Holding Inc.<\/strong> \u2013 the parent company of <strong>OddsJam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Charles Gillespie<\/strong>, CEO and Co-Founder of Gambling.com Group, stated that the latter acquisition, costing an initial consideration of $80m, marks the \u201cnext phase of growth\u201d for the company by adding sports data solutions to its existing \u201chigh-growth, high-margin business\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added: \u201cOur record fourth quarter and full-year results were driven by our team\u2019s prioritisation of iGaming across the markets where we operate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur team delivered outstanding performance in the quarter, especially when compared to the launch driven results in the prior-year period.
