Betfair<\/strong> has added to its content library for its Italian players via a new partnership with Greentube<\/strong>. Through the agreement, Greentube titles such as Book of Ra<\/em>, Deluxe 10 <\/em>and Lucky Lady\u2019s Charm Deluxe<\/em> will be available to Betfair\u2019s players in Italy. All of which, the Novomatic<\/strong>-owned developer noted, have already performed well in the Italian market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The content will be available to the Flutter Entertainment<\/strong>-owned brand via Capecod<\/strong> – Greentube\u2019s aggregation platform in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David Bolas<\/strong>, Commercial Director of Greentube, commented: \u201cBy partnering with Betfair, we are not only further expanding our presence in Italy, but also reinforcing our commitment to deliver a premium, innovative gaming experience to a dynamic and growing market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elsewhere in Italy, Flutter Entertainment\u2019s standing in the country was bolstered this month by the regulatory approval of its proposed takeover of Snaitech<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deal, initially announced last September and believed to be valued at around \u20ac2.3bn, enables the firm to move forward with its ambitious growth plans in Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flutter\u2019s focus on Italy has been significant in recent years, and Snaitech is not the only asset in its local arsenal with the acquisition coming just a couple of years after it bought out market leader Sisal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the acquisition, a Flutter statement said: \u201cThe acquisition of Snai fully aligns with Flutter\u2019s strategy to invest in leadership positions in attractive international markets, creating value through providing access to Flutter\u2019s market leading products and capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAdding Snai to the Flutter portfolio will consolidate Flutter\u2019s leadership position in Italy and create a position of increased scale to capitalize on the growth opportunity in Europe\u2019s largest regulated market.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
